Installation instructions:
1. the refrigerating machine placement
(1) the machine should be placed in the air circulation, safe and clean place.
(2) the machine should not be placed outdoor, unfavorable under direct sunlight and rain.Not near the heat source.
(3) the use of the machine environment cannot be lower than 5 ºC, no more than 38 ºC.
(4) around the machine should have enough space, especially the back not less than 250 mm.In order to machine the cooling.
(5) please adjust the machine at the bottom of the anchor bolt to ensure smooth placed level.
2. the installation of a water system
(1) please plug in accordance with local water source of drinking water standards.
(2) connected to the filter when necessary, in order to improve the standard of drinking water.
(3) the water supply system must meet the following conditions.
A. the lowest temperature 2 ºC, the highest do not exceed 38 ºC
B. water pressure the lowest 0.02 Mpa, the highest 0.8 Mpa
3. the installation of power supply
(1) the power supply must be consistent with the machine indicated on the nameplate.
(2) all lines must be in conformity with the national standard.
(3) must be reliable grounding, grounding wire must meet the electrical standards.
(4) voltage fluctuation may not exceed the rated voltage of plus or minus 10%.
Instructions:
1. ice making process
(1) must be checked before starting the automatic water supply device is normal, the tank to save water is reasonable (the machine factory has just the water level, the user can be reset).

(4) the compressor in the entire process of ice and ice off, don't stop.
(5) when water ice barrel for a full, magnetic reed switch cannot be automatically closed, the machine automatically stop working, and when taken enough ice, magnetic reed switch after reclosing time delay machine start after 3 minutes, back into the ice making process.
2. the thickness of ice bridge is
(1) the thickness of the ice bridge should be about 3 mm, between the probe and the evaporator international should be thicker than the actual thickness of the ice bridge 1.5 mm or so, mouth turn adjusting screw clockwise to increase the thickness of the ice bridge (screw rotation 1/3 circle ice bridge thickness change 1.5 mm).
(2) check the ice plate probe connections and bracket, should guarantee the free rotation after each process of ice can be returned to the right place.
